What is this crap? And so what if there wasn't any Republican Guard resistance at the hospital at the time? How did it get to be such a big deal for professionals to have followed a procedure that has proven to keep both rescuers and rescued safe in this type of situation? Is it that the easily startled yoghurt-knitters are frightened of the big bad Marines? Well, they should be. [a little more perspective]
