rabid rhetoric vs rabid rhetoric
Here’s some ammo for your next encounter with a random vegan-ist:
The non-profit Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) published a report this week, according to which PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), famous for denuded support of ethical treatment of animals, killed 95 percent of pets in its care during 2008. ...which is why the CCF has requested the Virginia Veterinary Service to degrade PETA and classify it as a slaughterhouse. ...
-PETA hasn`t slowed down its hypocritical killing machine one bit, but it keeps browbeating the rest of society with a phony `animal rights` message. ... Since killing pets is A-OK with PETA, why should anyone listen to their demands about eating meat, using lab rats for medical research, or taking children to the circus?

Without the Beef Industry we’d hafta find a different source for Buttons, JELL-O, Fire extinguisher foam, gum, heart valves, Lubricants, Soap, Candles, heparin, steak, Glycerine, steroids, cheese and Pepsid-AC, among other things.
