You Ain't a Citizen

Just in case ya forgot…
"Da Chokah"

IIRC, Carol “Choker” Browner is the little gal runnin’ the show for this:

Beginning January 1, 2009, millions of asthma sufferers will no longer legally be able to obtain the low-cost albuterol inhalers that enable them to breathe. The inhalers have been outlawed by FDA regulations under the UN Montreal Protocol on Ozone Deplation.

Yeah.  She of the Commission for a Sustainable World Society/Socialist International:

CAROL M. BROWNER
Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency under President Bill Clinton. Leading the EPA from 1993 to 2001, she was the longest-serving Administrator in the agency’s history. Browner currently serves on the board of several non-profit organisations, including as chair of the National Audubon Society, one of the nation’s oldest environmental organisations, and as a member of the Board of the Directors of the Center for American Progress, the Alliance for Climate Protection and the League of Conservation Voters.

Screencap of the flushed pages here.

Yep.  Scrod.

Here’s [PDF] the “Stiiimulous” Package that ∅balma is gonna shove down our throats save the country with.

It starts off with “Unprecedented Accountability:  A historic level of transparency”...  Nevermind it oughta be “An” historic level I ain’t buyin’ it.  Why?

“A Recovery Act Accountability and Transparency Board [or RAAT Board—honestly.  do these people have no idea?!?] will be created...” I’m sure it would be cynical of me to characterize it as a Chicago-style no-show job for buddies and pay-offs.

And they even say, “There are no earmarks in this package.”

Interesting statement considering it plays like a laundry list of Moonbat wet dreams…

$11 billion for research and development, pilot projects, and federal matching funds for the Smart Grid Investment Program to modernize the electricity grid
aaaaargh—Smart againalready.  Like Hillary!’s diplomacy, and the trains to nowhere and the golf-cart-cars.

$2.5 billion for a new program to upgrade HUD sponsored low-income housing ...reduce carbon emissions
ya seen any of this ‘housing?’ the only way to improve it is with a DC-10.

$2 billion for the Advanced Battery Loan Guarantee and Grants Program
for car batteries.  electric car batteries.  when was the last time the gubbmint invented anything?

$300 million to provide consumers with rebates for buying energy efficient Energy Star products ...reduce carbon emissions
vote buyin’

$350 million for research into using renewable energy to power weapons systems
oh dear heavens

$500 million for energy efficient manufacturing demonstration projects
here.  hold my beer.

$2.4 billion for carbon capture and sequestration technology demonstration projects
here.  hold my Hennessy.
yanno the best carbon sequestration substance?
sandstone.

$300 million for grants and loans to state and local governments for projects that reduce diesel emissions, benefiting public health and reducing global warming
it’s -12° in Chicago as we speak.  and getting colder

this “energy” part is infested with the phrase “reduce carbon emissions"

$6 billion for broadband and wireless services in underserved areas
“underserved" areas; like Yellowstone’s back slopes?  or like HUD housing projects?  $6 freakin’ billion.
Keep in mind—he who pays the piper, calls the tune.  He who pays the ISP governs the bandwidth.

$600 million for satellite development and acquisitions, including climate sensors and climate modeling.
for more AGW propaganda and Algore blow jo... drys

$880 million for small business interference stimulus
a lousy $880 million??!?  while there’s $6 billion for gang bangers to get free pr0n.  *priorities!*

$650 million to continue the DTV Conversion coupon program
are you freakin’ serious?!? five [5] years is long enough for an urban outdoorsman domicile challenged gotdang bum to save up $40.

Public transportation saves Americans time and money
spoken like one who has taxpayer-funded limo service and lobbyist-funded G-5 flights

yanno how some things are just blue-sky pieces of a puzzle?  this may be one:
Job Corps Facilities: $300 million to upgrade job training facilities serving at-risk youth while improving energy efficiency.

Rural Water and Waste Disposal: $1.5 billion to support $3.8 billion in grants and loans to help communities fund drinking water and wastewater treatment systems.
in CA they’re coming after rural septic systems with $350 inspections and $45,000 upgrades.

Education for Homeless Children and Youth: $66 million for formula grants to states to provide services to homeless children including meals and transportation when high unemployment and home foreclosures have created an influx of homeless kids.
*when* There’s some Hopey Change for ya.  And there wouldn’t be so many homeless chiiiiildren if it weren’t for their parents job loss resulting from increased taxes on businesses and the eeeevil rich - who provide the jobs thru their eeevil capitalism

$2.5 billion for block grants to help States deal with the surge in families needing help during the recession
summore Hopey Changey—they’re *planning* to have this bastard last a long time, doncha think?

Head Start: $2.1 billion
they proved this outfit didn’t benefit anyone years ago.  like I said - dusty old leftover wishlist.

$20 billion to jumpstart efforts to computerize health records
so any dumbass haxxor can access your PAP smear.  yum.

$20 billion food stamps
$726 million after-school meals [all 3 meals now state-provided.  all soylently green]

$80 million to ensure that worker protection laws
are enforced as recovery infrastructure investments are carried out.
intrusion into the intrusion...redundancy

$1 billion for work necessary to ensure a successful 2010 census, including $150 million for expanded communications and outreach programs to minimize undercounting of minority groups.
like there was no funding for this already?  like they didn’t know it was coming up?
*Census Successful - Women and Minorities Hardest Hit*

The bill extends the moratorium on Medicaid and Medicare regulations.
????

And that’s just a sample few.  This is clearly a ginormous pork-fest and economic wet blanket.  I’m sure our Hillary!’s new friends from Tehran to Moscow are ROTFLAMO smiling gently and giggling quietly up their sleeves.

Just ducky.
