  1. Wouldn’t it be a lot simpler if they just took all our money up front, and we could submit expense reports for day-to-day living costs?

    About that mini-skirt thing - they’ve got it all wrong.  Every stock market student knows that the Market goes inversely to hem length.  Shorter skirts (hemline up), lower markets. &c.

    I just realized that the “healthcare” thing is not about insurance.  It’s about getting everybody to pay for everybody else’s medical care.  Insurance is for guarding against a future accidents.  When you make everybody pay in, and have the gummint pay for health care, it’s not insurance.  It’s wealth redistribution.
