When is p0rn "news?"

Further info on Basra/British female soldier/sex slave if captured story mentioned in this post. It is tied to the p0rn pictures published by some Arabic language papers and sites and touted to be pictures from Abu Ghrabi prison that I mentioned in this post.

Graphic photos appearing on Arabic websites of U.S. servicemen raping and sexually abusing Iraqi women were actually taken from American and Hungarian pornography sites. Albasrah.net and a Tunisian website produced in France by Committee for the Defense of Saddam Hussein [Comité de Défonce de Saddam Hussein En Tunisie], posted not only the recently broadcast photos of U.S. troops abusing and humiliating Iraqi prisoners but additional ones of alleged group rape of women by American soldiers, some who are depicted holding rifles against their victims' heads. The Tunisian site described the photos as the "unedited" versions of actual events and Albasrah ran the photos under the heading "The Abu Ghraib Prison Photos," indicating they had received the photos via e-mail. A WND investigation has revealed that most of the photos are taken from the American pornographic website "Iraq Babes," and the Hungarian site, "Sex in War," which is linked to by the American site. [NB - both sites have since been taken down]

During a sermon in Basra, Sheik Abdul-Sattar al-Bahadli displayed documents and photos he said showed three Iraqi women being raped at British-run prisons in Iraq and called for jihad, or holy war, against British troops in the southern city. ..."Any Iraqi who takes a female soldier can keep her as a slave or gift to himself," he said.

Those photos were from the p0rn sites. [yep -- Americans are the pervs, alrighty...]

...The cleric waved an assault rifle, prompting cries of "jihad" and "God is great" each time he lifted it.

As a sidebar, al-Bahakli, sidekick of Muqtada al-Sadr, offered "100,000 dinars (£83) [$147.24] for killing a British soldier and 250,000 dinars (£210) [$372.55] for kidnapping one." He also offered 25,000 of the old Saddam dinars for one of the Iraqi ruling council -- an insult, it is said. [currency conversion mileage may vary: see online currency converter ]

  1. Thank you for your efforts to enlighten this media fog/dogma contest in the west. I appreciate every clue to truth I can find, there are so damn few of them.
