Somebody said - somewhere else - that he thought it extremely unlikely that Bush will pardon any of them.
He will pardon 12 million illegal aliens.
Sutton is a nuisance, but he takes his orders - or at least, the direction of the wind - from higher up. If the White House didn’t like this, they’d do something about it. Or at least, put a word in someone’s ear, who whould relay it down from the stratosphere.
The message to the Border Patol is clear: don’t.
