Watcher's Council Spot Opens
hurry -- applications being taken Zee at Spiced Sass has decided to step down from her seat on the Watcher's Council. Which means there is an open seat and The Watcher wants to find a blog worthy enough to fill it. And he wants to fill it before the August 17th nominations process! Anyone who wants to play, and who has a blog [duh], go read the up-to-date version of the rules here.
