I just noticed all my posts from 11.19.03 [yesterday] have gone missing. It happened some time between 8:00 pm 11.19 and 10:00 am 11.20 [today] To further puzzle me, a comment was made on my entry The Machine Is Gearing Up [now reposted] which was numbered by MT as #605 at that time, showed up on another post. As of now, this post, written today at 8:59 am, is labeled #605. There is no record of any posts for 11.19 in my "Edit Entries." Is this all because I mentioned "grassy knoll theory?" Seriously, has this happened to anyone else? Any theories about this phenomenon? Any ideas on preventing future occurrences? IOW:

HAALP ! ! !

Thank you. [I will now re-post yesterday's entries and date them to 11.19.03 at 12:00 pm] UPDATE: In reposting and checking around I noticed via The Group Captain at Across the Atlantic that bloghosts.com had a little oopsie early this am. Mayhaps that and not my "grassy knoll" comment is behind this mystery. Well, a cherry hello and Hidey- Hi- Ho! to all the nice boys and girls at Ft Meyer anyway.

  1. Mine was more of a “Fucksy” because I lost about 10 days worth of posts!

  2. Oh, NO!  I take it you’re on bloghosts, too?  Have you contacted Jace to see if there is anything he can do?  According to the bloghosts page it sounded like everything was hunky dory, now.

Oh.  Just checked your site and I guess you weren’t caught up in this particular debacle.  Good.

Having learned long ago that redundancy redundancy is a good idea, I compose in TextEdit and cut/paste to MT.
