A 33-year-old probationary FDNY firefighter died suddenly during training from what was determined to be atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, of which he was apparently unaware. Tragic.
Along comes his dear wifey-poo:
[The] widow intends to sue the city and the Fire Department in a $10 million wrongful death case
...Sherita Sears, in her court filing, claimed her husband was killed by a rigorous new training program designed to keep blacks out of the FDNY.
Because, as we all know, blacks are incapable of “rigorous” physical activity.

Her case is somewhat diluted by
