The former commander of the USS Cole [retired Navy Cmdr. Kirk Lippold] accused Attorney General Eric Holder Wednesday of a “clear lack of moral courage” for skipping a Justice Department-sponsored meeting today on the fate of Guantanamo Bay’s inmate population.
I do not think they know the meaning of that term.
It all depends on what “is” is. Bill Clinton set the precedent here.
