Well, there you go. If you’re crazy and want to kill lots of people, you’re clearly not a terrorist. In order to be a terrorist, you have to be sane and want to kill lots of people.
But anybody who wants to kill lots of people is obviously insane, and therefore not a terrorist.
Catch-22.
