Jerry Brown’s opening salvo in the race for Governor of the 7th 9th aw hell 43rd largest nation state out of the 57:

Referring to billionaire Republican Meg Whitman’s willingness to spend up to $150 million of her own money to win the election, [KCBS reporter Doug Sovern] quotes Brown as saying, “It’s like Joseph Goebbels. Goebbels invented this kind of propaganda. He took control of the whole world. She wants to be president. That’s her ambition, the first woman president. That’s what this is all about."

  1. Jerry Brown & Helen Thomas: well past their “best by"-dates.  (Thomas is 90 (! - in August), Brown is a youthful 72.)

Both suffer from ideas that pop into their heads from the Land of Nod.

Brown’s chief fire-putter-outer claims that the quote was taken out of context.  I’m going to take a while and see if I can work that into a context where it’s not stupid.

    “She wants to be president.”
He’s a mind-reader, too.  Come to think of it, Hillary wanted to be President, too.  Probably still does.

And Fiorina wants to be Senator.  I see a pattern here.

Women want to take over the world.  It’s a conspiracy.
