There is a story [apocryphal] that the US dropped very large condoms on the Japanese during WWII. The condoms were marked "USArmy -- size small." Propaganda designed to take the men's minds off their jobs and plunge them into irrational insecurities, right? Is the proliferation of penis enlargement spam designed to do the same thing? What I wonder about is where did all the “increse your bustline” spam go. Is it not the same ilk? I suspect that women do the breast inhancement/augmentation thing and men want to do the long dong thing for members of their own sex. Granted there are those among us that are shallow enough to base their personal relationships on outward appearances alone and they get what they deserve. The mental coup counting among members of the same sex (in my opinion) is what drives that insecurity and desire for larger secondary sexual characteristics.

There is no such thing as penis enlargement surgery. Or pills. Or creams. Or patches. Or devices. Or magic spells. Nada. So even the idea itself is spam.
