"The 'Nanny State' is Underrated"
or are We The People
"Once we know people are human and have a little Homer Simpson in them, then there’s a lot that can be done to manipulate them."
Here Cass Sunstein promotes the argument that humans are fallible [True] and, therefore institutions both public and private ought to “Nudge” them into “improving their lives.”

Odd… The “incredibly brilliant” Mr Sunstein fails to mention that those “helping” the “Homer Simpsons” [that are US] via those nanny institutions are, themselves, made up of Homer Simpson-esque humans, prone to taking power and running amok with it.
How could such a ‘brilliant’ mind miss so obvious a point?

My contention is that he could not.
