Sounds Like Evolution In Action to me . . .
What kind of
maroon attention challenged person/group would
try to scam attempt to create a dubious claim
and then attempt intimidation by badgering and continue to press said dubious claims against
all reason and instincts of self-preservation an attorney and her whole office -- full of attorneys?!?
And then compound their
stupidity act by
attacking moving against her
blog?!?!
Xrlq has posted the comments section to Justene's CalBlog
post: where can be found rational responses by various business who have also had dealings with this outfit, and the biggest collection of creepy "former employees" and defenders' comments to be collected since the last "anti-semitism vs skinhead" BBS thread got closed down. True loony-tune stuff. Try to disregard those and focus on the methods of the "Infotel Directory" "sales" call. Then, if you recognize them, hang up on them, pronto.
Next, check
Blogsopherics and watch as the blogosphere piles on. Those Info-dummies haven't a chance.
Seems like the Blogosphere will be the end of skeezy "legal" tricks before lawyers could ever be the
downfall of blogging. To quote; "heh."

What a fascinating situation. Lawyers the end of blogging? Someone actually being sued over a comments section? Soiling my pants… never mind. Thank you for the link to all of this.
