So, here are some reasons we shouldn’t be too hard on Nunez: It’s not like he’s taking the money from special interests that stand to benefit from his support on legislation they are pushing. Oh, wait.

I didn’t go through the subscription for the Nunez story (but he’s one of our Favorite Sons here in CA (as in Sonofa ......). His latest ploy is getting a ballot proposition called something like “Term Limits”, which is supposed to make term limits harder to break, except that there’s this little clause in the Fine Print that gives Nunez an exemtion and possible lifetime employment in the Assembly
