Perhaps you’ve never encountered this situation, Mr. Know-it-all, although one would think a POTUS would get some facts before pronouncing judgement.  Painkillers can do nothing to help someone who needs a pacemaker:  it’s not the pain but the overwhelming fatigue from an arrhythmia that is addressed by the pacemaker.
