Drunk in a police car?  Illegal moose? Tazering a kid? [even if he did ask for it] So Twoopah Wooten wasn’t fired why, now?

But, also in m personal wxperience… I have seen troopers that were caught shoplifting… an arbitrator put him back to work.  ...troopers driving drunk involved in car accidents, that an arbirtrator put back to work because, under the troopers’ union they are Class I employees… [who] do not have a right to strike. ...given binding arbitration…

So if we fire somebody, they have a grievance procedure… Part of that grievance procedure is the bottom line… The arbitrator generally will rule in the favor of the employee… we wnd up paying for the arbitration… anywhere from $60,000 to $100,000...
