At the current level of scientific “accuracy” demanded by the gubbmint in order to make laws and restrict freedoms, I foresee taxes on meat, salt, milk, some cheeses [Velveeta - not brie], fast food, coffee, sugar, donuts, burgers, horseback riding [not mountain biking], shooting ranges, staplers, booze, tobacco, jumping out of perfectly good airplanes, neighborhood softball leagues, Chinese food, rollerblading, scissors, skiing, pit bulls, fast cars [but not fast women][or boys (the Frank Amendment)], high heels, chain saws, bull riding, sewing machines, nail salons, hot dogs, hair coloring, taking your meds, not taking your meds, swimming less than an hour after eating, sitting on cold concrete, stepping on a crack, going without a jacket, . . .

Additional Thought: How about taxes on living in a gang-banger neighborhood? No unanticipated consequences there. Just everyone moving out and leaving vast, expanding swaths of cities and suburbs to become sets for Mad Max.
Look at all those actuarial tables of risk assessment now available for gubbmint taxation: living in a big city is dangerous. Living in Teh Country™ is dangerous. Living in Teh ‘Burbs—highly dangerous what with all those car trips, skateboarders, and fast food joints all around.
What could the gubbment possibly have in mind to negate all those risks?
