Katrina Myths -- the unraveling
let’s start a collection!

This is Aaron Broussard, President of Jefferson Parish, who tearfully related this story about his Emergency Manager’s elderly mother stuck in a nursing home.
[I dunno who that is behind his left shoulder—ghost of a conscience, maybe?]
Meet the Press - 9/4/2K5: ‘Are you coming, son? Is somebody coming?’ And he said, ‘Yeah, Mama, somebody’s coming to get you. Somebody’s coming to get you on Tuesday. Somebody’s coming to get you on Wednesday. Somebody’s coming to get you on Thursday. Somebody’s coming to get you on Friday.’ And she drowned Friday night. She drowned Friday night."
Wuzzadem has tracked down that Broussard’s statement was complete bullshit of questionable veracity.
