McKinney atty James Myart on Hannity & Whassisname-the-weird-lookin’-fella:

I wouldn’t expect a rich, white boy like Tom DeLay to know what it’s like to walk into a store, a department store, and be followed. I wouldn’t expect a rich white boy like—or person—like Tom DeLay to understand what it’s like as a black male to stand in an elevator and have a white woman come to get in and turn around.
[point of order?  Ms McKinney is not a black *male* ...just sayin’]

So, I guess it’s ok for me to say,

I wouldn’t expect poor, black Ms McKinney with her ...unfortunate upbringing to understand gracious behavior wherein a lady is considerate of everyone around her—particularly those who are working on her behalf or to her benefit.
