“Health Care” bill… 1,018-pages… here’s page 16:
"Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day” of the year the legislation becomes law....
Ya can’t quit ‘em and change companies if they honk ya off. You’re captive. They can do anything they want to you. Or keep anything they want from you. Whatcha gonna do?
*POOF* all insurance salesmen are out of work. Not to mention . . .
How does the Congress have the authority to outlaw the making of private contracts between companies and individuals? And if they are allowed to do this to insurance companies, where will it stop? Gas companies? Food companies? Companies that sell shoooooz?
