...The Democrats are the party of slavery and were the party that started every war in the 20th century, except the other Bush debacle. The Federal Reserve, permanent federal income taxes, not one but two World Wars, Japanese concentration camps, and not one but two atom bombs dropped on the innocent citizens of Japan—all brought to us via the Democrats.
Don’t tell me the Democrats are our “saviors” because I am not buying it ...
Clearly the Democratic Party of the slavery years was a bit different than the one today. In fact, you may be thinking of the Democratic-Republican party or even perhaps the Dixiecrats such as Strom Thurmond.
Thanks for pointing out that Democrats won WW1 and WW11 and the Republicans lost Korea and Vietnam and the Republicans are the ones who dropped the ball on 9/11 and have failed to capture Bin Laden or secure Iraq after 4 years. Actually, I don’t even blame the last part on the Republican party as a whole as it is really due to the incompetence of Bush.
