...found via GeoStats nifty "last 20 guests" feature. I think he found me via the Bear Flag League. Particularly interesting is his take on the potential of the Ninth Circuit to block the Recall. [yes, "Recall" deserves to be capitalized...but not "the"] Predictions ensue of conflagration in Caleeforneeah if the Fed courts stick their noses in. I tend to agree. the Recall is annoying at best, but to decree at this late date that the irritated voters may not/cannot have their say would be insulting beyond good sense.
