Therefore, John Kerry is a criminal.
The article outlines the applicable sections of the law and case law citations. Kerry has gotten a pass on this for 34 years. It's not like no one noticed -- I remember discussions about it at the time. How did that cover-up work? Who? When? Where? Why?
