Get AWAY from Me!

yer boooothering me

"We could make a difference just by holding our emissions steady as our businesses continue to grow, but that doesn’t seem to be enough,” Mr Murdoch said.

“We want to go all the way to zero,” he told News Corp’s worldwide employees.

Ya gonna quit breathing out?

"Our audience’s carbon footprint is 10,000 times bigger than ours—that’s the carbon footprint we want to conquer."

What this we shiit, Bruce?

  1. Had a thought, probably a stupid one:

Didn’t we pass the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act and the CAFE Act and din’t we cut all these sources of polution and emissions and such...thirty years ago?

Isn’t our air, water cleaner and pollution from cars down?

So why aren’t we dead from Global Warming already? During the ‘60’s and ‘70’s we were putting a lot more particulate into the air...why didn’t we have Global Warming then? We used to use all kinds of neat refrigerants that we can’t use now. Why didn’t we have Global Warming then?

Oh...that’s right. We were worried about a New Ice Age. So we cleaned thinks up thinking things were getting colder when we should have put more crap in the air? I get so confused.
