I wonder just what benefit [Clinton-appointed—not that there’s anything wrong with that] Judge Leonie M. Brinkema sees to crippling the case against Zacarias “I am alQ” Moussaoui? Granted, she did partially reverse herself, from a position of flat-out killing the government’s case.
