Deeper Implications?

Are there deeper psycho-social implications to the particulars of The Recall™ ? Consider who we all knew would be the two major contestants: 200-plus solid pounds of muscled dominance with a presence [and a rep.] reminiscent of the cover of a bodice ripper Romance Novel VS a wispy, whiney dork who thinks taking mean little pot-shots at people is a fair fight. Hmmm. Sounds like a '90's-senso-male vs a butt-kickin', war-winnin', meat eatin' uber-male. You do know how all the trends seem to start on the coast... Maybe America is ready to take her...uh, stones back.
