This Portgate thing is irritating the hell outta me.  It oughta be called *Ignorancegate*

I have never heard so many opinions based on so few facts.

Insofar as I can tell, the real dealio here is the pee-pole rising up and saying “Hey!  We got some questions here.  We want some answers,” and the Bush administration, instead of laying out the answers in a straightforward and rational manner is posturing Vogueing to the point of mimedom.

Dumb.

And the amusement value of seeing who lines up on what side:  Savage interviewing Chucky?!?  Malkin and Hillary agreeing?!?  Jimmah supporting Dubya?!?!?

Maybe the Mahdi In An Ill-fitting Overcoat is right—this is the endtimes.  Or alQ has managed to slip some funny mushrooms into my Stroganoff.

   Also, I agree that there is a LOT of ignorance on this issue; and the President missed his chance to step forward and explain it to us.

   Yep.  The Dub coulda done soooo much for his ‘political capital’ by just laying down some facts.  But nooooooooo. Instead he gives amnesty to some random ElSalvadorians.  Dumbass.
