Modern drilling platforms don’t leak. However the sea bottom does—those little tar balls on the beach are natural.
Refusing to drill the CA coast just because it’s preeeetty, while you personally, are one of the biggest petroleum users on the planet makes ya look like an Elitist Donk’s Ass—and the rest of us in CA like maroons for not taking you out with a recall campaign. You know we can do that.

Poor Arnold. Somewhere along the line, some sort of green fungus got into his brain.
We did elect him (as I remember), because he made noises like a conservative, and had that “manly-man” image. But it sure didn’t take long for the real Arnold to emerge (like some of the Bad Guys in “Men in Black").
Thank goodness (or whatever) he can’t ever run for President.
