LODI — A federal judge [U.S. District Judge Garland E. Burrell] Wednesday ordered Lodi resident Umer Hayat released from jail to home detention while awaiting trial on terror-related charges.
You’ll remember this fella as the Ice Cream Terrorist who paid for his son’t year in the Paki Terror Training Camps by selling Push-Ups and Eskimo Pies.
