Calling All Uber-Geeks

There are a couple of things that I've been trying* to make happen on this blog and I am stuck: 1) I would like to have a category show after the "Track me Back." I had it once, with the help of my friend Alireza, but I changed Something and it no longer works. This is the code I'm using and I've moved it all over -- nada: MTEntryCategories> a href="<$MTCategoryArchiveLink$>" /MTEntryCategories> [kindly presume the existance of "<" at the beginning of each line...] 2) I would like to add a list of categories on the left. I've no idea where to start... #3) [andafanaticaldevotiontothepope] How can I get rid of the underlining at the bottom of each post? It's ok, for now, on the links within a post but at the bottom, depending on the browser, it looks a mess! [I've changed the CSS -- text decoration;none] Any and all offers of assistance will be met with glee and alacrity, sprightliness and zeal! *Yes, Yoda...

  1. This should fix the category link: you need to insert into the href tag (after “"). Otherwise, you have the link but not the thing that you need to click to take you to the link!!! I hope this doesn’t get messed up when I post it…

  2. Dang.

Here’s another try, this time without the >.

you need to insert MTEntryCategory> /a> into the href tag (after “$MTCategoryArchiveLink$>"). Otherwise, you have the link but not the thing that you need to click to take you to the link!!!

  3. This is what I have for the sidebar category links:

    div class="side">
    MTCategories>
    a href="$MTCategoryArchiveLink$>">$MTCategoryLabel$> ($MTCategoryCount$>)/a>/br>
    /MTCategories>
    /div>

    Of course the “

  4. This is painful. Of course the mirror image of “>” also needs to be inserted where appropriate.

  5. Thank you for all that hard work, my friend!

  6. text decoration;none

    It should be <style="text-decoration: none;"</b>
    in the href tag.

    Hope that helps.
