Cahleefohrneeah's Continuing Embarrassment

The $25 Woman

PooPoo Pelosi:
...our agenda guarantees that every American will have affordable access to broadband, and we intend to achieve it in five years.

Ya gonna nationalize my local ISP?  And in order to utilize “every American’s affordable access” I guess yer gonna buy me that new titanium iBook I’ve been drooling over—hell I can’t afford it; but you can, Nance…

...Employee Free Choice Act; Congressman George Miller will be here shortly to talk about that. He’s the author of this in the House, along with Ted Kennedy in the Senate. As of today, we have 212 cosponsors in the House. The bill will guarantee that when a majority of workers in a company want a union, they will get a union.

And when folks don’t want a slothful, grab-yer-money, do-nothing union?!?

I was told that an entry level person at Wal-Mart, who works his or her entire career at Wal-Mart, would make as much as the CEO makes in two weeks. A lifetime of work versus two weeks in the executive suite—this is not America, this is not fairness, this is not the basis of a strong middle class that is essential for our democracy. We must change that in our country.

Because, clearly, the skill level is the same.

So that means I oughta make just the same amount as your dear hubby [7 figures/year] for cookin’ loon-chay, cleaning stalls, blogging and some random other chores?  Sweeeeeeet.

....wait; or does it mean he oughta make the same as me for putting together deals with the Indians to grab land for their lucrative Gamblin’ Parlors?  Oh—he ain’t gonna be happy ‘bout that.

Our agenda will include dignified retirement, and that includes not only protecting Social Security, which we were proud to do last year, by defeating the President’s privatization initiative, but also includes what we call our AmeriSave plan, where you can have dignified independence for our seniors, which they well deserve.

Dignified independence means being in charge of one’s own retirement, dumbass.

When our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence they included a Latin motto on the Seal of the United States: ‘A new order for the centuries.’

They knew they were doing something about equality and justice, fairness and community for the future.  ...Democrats and you are about the future. While we win this election, we will make the future better for the next generation.

It didn’t work for Lenin.  It didn’t work for Stalin.  It didn’t work for Castro.  What makes you think it will work for you, you twit?

Go nail yer other foot to the floor and leave me alone.

  1. Pelosi: “Come on DOWN! and get yer FREE STUFF!!  Free internet!!! Free choice to join a union!!!”

I can just see it now: ethernet cables coming out if those big cardboard boxes on skid row.

Pelosi talks about the “right to organize”.  Seen alongside the other concept, “right to work”, it falls short.  I’ll take “work” over “organize” almost any day.

“Energy independence within 10 years”?  Everybody start learning to ride horses.

“Health care for all Americans” in 5 years?  That’ll probably be the average waiting time for a major operation.

“Dignified retirement with absolutely no change in Social Security”?  Get ready for the retirement age to go to 75.  (When SS first came in, people didn’t live much past 65 - that’s where the number came from.)

Let’s all vote Democrat and get ready to get all our Free Stuff.
