A Very *Special* Presidency
Unacceptable. Period.
We know full well that both Treasury and Congress and PTOTUS knew all about the AIG “bonus” payments long ago. It was in the Bailout Bill and therefore public knowledge. Any claim that they “didn’t know” is a bare-faced claim of utter incompetence. Any “outrage” is a blatant and obvious attempt to divert focus from their own creation of the Billions of dollars of debt they have handed You and Me, and our grandchildren.
Following the Law of Unintended Consequences, these ridiculous outrage-gasms have led to the endangering of American citizens.
Outrage over AIG bonus pay sparked plans for a bus tour Saturday of the Fairfield County homes of several company executives.

Jon Green, director of Working Families, a Connecticut political party said his group has already been contacted by police in the various towns he intends to take the bus through.
Any cop worth his salt would tell this rabble the road ends at his jurisdiction. They are not welcome in his town. We’ll just settle down to wait to hear from one.
"We’re very committed to make this a very peaceful and lawful protest,” Green said. “We’re going to be cooperating with police in the towns.”
..."We want to see what kind of lifestyle these people making credit default swap deals and hedge fund hotshots lead."
Why not go by Barney Fwank’s house? And Chris Dodd’s? I’ll tell ya why they don’t—they’re ignorant dupes. Too stupid to comprehend more than 10 minutes of history, they buy into the feeelings that are hot and fashionable at the moment. The classic rabble mob.
And what is Congress doing—that body charged by the American citizen with overseeing the business of the country and the welfare of the American citizen?
The only problem with tossing all their sorry asses out in 2010 is that those faces you see on TV aren’t really running that outfit. The real power lies in their staffers, aids, policy wonks and bill writers and all the rest of the in-bred DC “elite.”
The wheels have come off.
