Suffering no doubt from a too tight tooque, PM Paul Martin [double monogram—neato!] has decided that it’s the fault of American gun manufacturers that the RCMP can’t keep the Kanooks under control. Therefore, he’s chosen the occasion of SofS Rice’s visit to declare that he’s gonna sue US!
La PM parle: “The Americans ask us to protect the borders. The Americans say there are things they do not like that come from Canada. [we ain’t talkin’ ‘boot donuts and forty’s, there, dork] Well, there are things that come from the United States that we don’t like. And if we have a responsibility to them, they have a responsibility to us,” [so there, nyah] said the Canadian leader
OTOH, Canadian Moose like the idea just fine.
