"Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."
--Omar Ahmad,
Co-founder of CAIR

two conditions for giving up the jihad: "First, chase out the invaders from our territory in Palestine, in Iraq and everywhere in Islamic land." "Second, instal sharia (Islamic law) on the entire Earth and spread Islamic justice there. The attacks will not cease until after the victory of Islam and the setting up of sharia."

TodAy'Z From the Horsie's Mouth

Hot Kitchen.

Vietnam was the first war to give us reporting in virtually real time. Iraq is the first to give us virtual reporting. That doesn’t necessarily make it biased against the war; it does make it biased against the truth.

Now here's an idea to consider...

erm… Donald?  Dubya??  Bueller???

Russia has shipped the first two Su-30MK2 multi-role fighters to Venezuela under a contract signed in July 2006...

Are these more bettah than the F-16 or Mirage?

Since Hugo is having [well, spouting] paranoid delusions about US and is playing footsie with the Amahdijinator and importing Hizbolly Boyz and HamAsses, changing their names to Pedro Chavez and shippin’ ‘em Norte—I theenk dis no so goot… eh?

TodAy'S 'Why didn't I hear this from Katie Coo-rick?'

*achoo*

In a lecture entitled, The Long War, at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Abizaid on Friday compared the rise of militant Islamic ideologies to the rise of fascism in Europe in the 1920s and 1930s that set the stage for World War II.

‘If we don’t have guts enough to confront this ideology today, we’ll go through World War III tomorrow,’ he said.

If not stopped, extremists would be allowed to ‘gain an advantage, to gain a safe haven, to develop weapons of mass destruction, to develop a national place from which to operate. And I think that the dangers associated with that are just too great to comprehend,’

the response?

‘I believe it is now the duty of wise men in Europe and the Arab world to seize the perplexity of the US administration to launch initiatives that salvage the world out of this dilemma,’ Abu Hudaib said.

Islamists also criticised the US administration for what they termed ‘fresh evidence of the grudge it harbours towards Islam and Muslims.’

‘Abizaid is one of the symbols of this administration which is aligned with extremist Christian right and Zionism and views Islam from the angle of the culture of hatred,’ said Hamzeh Mansour, chairman of the Consultative Council of the Islamic Action Front (IAF), Jordan’s largest political party.

‘We believe that the real danger emanates from the US-led project that plays havoc with the region through policies of domination and riding roughshod on the country’s peoples,’

Also mentioned; Abizaid is of Arab origin.
